“Personally identifiable information” refers to any information that has the potential to identify, contact, or locate an individual. Examples of personally identifiable information include name, address, phone number, email address, credit card information, or any other such sensitive data. Our clients often volunteer such information on client intake forms and through online opt-in forms.
Who has access to my information?
Sanctuary Massage & Wellness Center is the sole owner of any of the information we collect on or offline. We do not require visitors to subscribe to our newsletters or register information in order to browse our site, purchase gift certificates, or prepay appointments.
How does Sanctuary Manage my Personally Identifiable Information?
We do not store any personal information on this site. Only email addresses are stored online through our third-party autoresponder service, MailChimp, which has superlative security in place. All of your confidential and sensitive information, including credit card, account numbers, address, phone numbers, and medical information is securely stored in Sanctuary’s offline database. Sanctuary strictly manages access to this information.
